Introducing The Stainless Steel Ring That’s As Grungey As It Is Smart
March 12, 2009
I spotted this Stainless Steel ring with inlaid white cable over at the John Greed Designs website today and was really impressed by it’s look and styling.
Measuring 8mm in width, you’ll find this ring to have that chunk factor without being over the top, and thanks to the court fit that curves the inside of the ring, you’re not going to feel the need to fiddle with it to get it comfy.
The main band of the ring, as the name suggests is Stainless Steel. Yes it’s not the most exciting material out there, but personally I think you’d be wrong to dismiss it without trying.
Why? Because on top of making this ring cheaper, the Stainless Steel metal also makes it stronger than both Gold and Silver, as well as scratch resistant and hypoallergenic.
And when places alongside white cable, this metal really comes into it’s own as the rough industrial feel of the cable, acts to enhances the shine and modern look of the silver.
And this combination not only creates a great looking ring, but also a very flexible one concerning what you wear it with, with the Stainless Steel element making it perfect for wearing as part of a “smart” look, and the white cable really coming out as a feature when worn with in a more retro / grungey style.
You can order your Stainless Steel Cable Ring for £38.95 at John Greed Designs.
