Goldsmiths are now offering this  Emporio Armani Silver Logo Ring online, and I have to say I’m rather taken with it, and really impressed that Goldsmiths have decided to sell it.

Why? Because at the moment high street jewellers seem to have a real thing for super smooth, super glossy rings. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a place for these – they make excellent mens engagement ringd and wedding rings, but they’re not what the average ring wearing man wants to wear as a fashion ring.

Fashion is all about character, it’s all about having your own style. A clean cut ring doesn’t match with that. This Emporio Armani ring does.

Styled in Silver this is a ring that’s about attitude and confidence, being strong in terms of material and design, without being too heavy. The way that Emporio Armani has managed to achieve this by making not one solid ring, but a ring made up of two bands, joined together by a chunky Emporio Armani logo. It works beautifully, and the use of the oxidised Silver really works to make this ring look like it’s lived a little.
