The Zable ring from Forzieri, is a unisex ring, made from stainless steel, with additional features made from the material of the moment – Cubic Zirconia.
Synthetic in composition, Cubic Zirconia is a material that is not only extremely hard, but also flawless to the eye. At it’s most natural (if you can call any synthetic product natural) this material is colourless, but can now be made in a variety of different colours.
In this case of this ring, that colour is white.
So let’s look at where and how the Cubic Zirconia comes into play in this ring.
The main part of the ring is stainless steel. The width is neither too chunky or too thin, something I’m pretty sure the Italian designers of this ring have done to make this ring as unisex as possible
Where the Cubic Zirconia comes into play is in the detailing.
Most rings feature diamonds or other stones inset into the main band of the ring.
This ring is something a bit different, using not stones but screws instead.
Designed more for looks than functionality, these “screws” are set around the band at regular intervals for a very modern and industrial type look, that would look great dressed up or down.
And it’s not only the design detail of this ring that’s something a bit more modern than most rings, this Italian ring also comes in a rather bright and modern looking box too.
